Your role at Signature

As Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll bring a wealth of ideas to improve and maintain our residents’ wellbeing, from floristry to folk music. You’ll produce a packed daily schedule catering to residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, and organise key events such as our Summer Fete.

You’ll be considerate of the diverse needs of individuals in a group setting, aware of personal care needs, and understand residents’ likes and dislikes to enhance their quality of life. Regular feedback from residents and activity reports to the General Manager will be part of your responsibilities.

Internally, this role is called Hospitality Assistant. You will work across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, with responsibilities varying per shift depending on the department supported.

What Signature Offer

• From £12.60 per hour
• Shift times: 09:00-18:30. Alternate weekends required. Some occasions may require later finishes depending on events.
