Job description

Our computerised care planning makes your life easier, giving you more time to do what you do best.

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and fun-loving person to join our Care Team at The Manor in Exminster as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you would work 25 hours a week.

You would be experienced in providing activities to elderly people with dementia and hold a valid driving licence to drive our minibus.

Your principle responsibility will be to provide interesting and meaningful activities to our Care Home Residents on a befriender and facilitator basis. You would also be expected to establish links within the community - schools, churches, memory cafes, etc. We are very proud to be a supporter of the Care Worker Charity, and it would be your role to champion the charity within the homes.

Pay rate: £12.82 - £13.07 per hour
