A leading luxury elderly care provider is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator. The role focuses on engaging residents through various activities while promoting their well-being. They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator.
The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator focuses on providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while upholding privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment for all residents. This role involves understanding residents' life histories and preferences, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
