The role involves engaging residents through activities that promote their well-being, alongside planning and executing a monthly activity schedule. Ideal candidates should have experience in residential dementia care and excellent communication skills. Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
