Job description

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents every day. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and positive environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, and supporting the preparation of activities., The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activity.
