A luxury elderly care provider is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant in Sheffield. In this role, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social engagement. Effective communication skills and a positive attitude towards older people are essential. This position offers a shift pattern including weekends. Experience in a similar setting is preferred, but no formal qualifications are required.

As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a wide range of activities to engage residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will help maintain a safe environment, report changes in residents' condition, and assist with ordering and preparation of supplies for activities. You should have effective communication skills, understand how interaction supports well-being, have a positive attitude toward older people, and prior experience with older people in a residential or nursing setting.
Shift Details: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, 11.30 am to 8.00 pm; one weekend in three.
