This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, an understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people, a positive attitude toward older people, and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events.
As Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing activities to promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, supporting community links, and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
