An educational institution in London is seeking a Wellbeing & Sport Coordinator to develop and facilitate social sports and wellbeing programs. This part-time position includes flexible hours and requires a current First Aid Certificate. The ideal candidate will provide a friendly service to students and staff while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for activities.

The Team
YSJActive is run by a team of fitness professional with various qualifications and backgrounds. We offer a high quality, inclusive and sustainable service for students, staff and the wider community.
Within the London team, the post holder will report to the London Campus Manager and work closely with the Learning and Wellness Manager and team to ensure a consistent wellbeing programme.
The Role
The Wellbeing & Sport Coordinator role is based at the London Campus and will provide a high quality social sports and wellbeing programme.
The post holder will attend and facilitate the social sport sessions ensuring and welcoming and inclusive environment as well as reporting Health & safety issues, monitoring bookings and ensuring equipment is well maintained.
The post holder will liaise with local facilities, encourage feedback from students and work closely with colleagues to ensure that their is consistent delivery of wellbeing and sport opportunities.
Hours of work will be agreed on a casual basis. The working pattern is flexible but some evening work will be expected to attend and facilitate the social sport sessions.
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will require a current First Aid Certificate or willingness to work towards. With knowledge and/or experience of common reception duties and dealing with customers they will be able to offer a high quality, friendly and professional service to the staff and students at the London Campus.
