Job summary

BCG is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to coordinate and support the planning, creation, and delivery of our home’s leisure and wellness programme. You will tailor activities to residents, promoting wellbeing and person-centred care, while building strong relationships with the residents and team.

Ideal candidates are well-organised, enthusiastic, and able to communicate clearly. Weekend availability is advantageous, and PVG checks plus UK work authorization apply.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Clear communication, reading and writing.
• Computer literacy and comfort with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, creation and delivery of the home’s leisure and wellness programme.
• Lead efforts to ensure a wide programme of activities for residents.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to deliver person-centred care.
