Qualifications

- Well-organised with strong leadership qualities.
- Computer literacy, reading, writing and clear communication are essential.
- Interest in wellness and active aging for residents.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver the home’s leisure and wellness programme.
- Lead efforts to ensure a programme of individual activities is available.
- Get to know residents and tailor activities to deliver person-centred care.
- Support activity delivery and work with the team to motivate participation.
