Job summary

Highgate Care is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator for Maple Court in Scarborough. This permanent, full‑time equivalent role (22.5 hours per week with every other weekend) focuses on planning and delivering activities that enrich residents' lives, creating a warm, inclusive environment and supporting hobbies and community involvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all.
• Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones.
• Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement.
• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety.
• Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
