Avery Healthcare Group is hiring a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant for South Lodge Care Home in Leicester. You will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a range of activities to engage residents’ physical, cognitive, and social well-being.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication, and collaboration with care staff, volunteers, and local community groups to enrich residents’ daily lives and create meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe living and working environment.

• Report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing Coordinator and care staff.
• Support with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
• Establish links with the local community to promote intergenerational activity.
