Job summary

Halliburton in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced professional to support well planning and BHA design within Sperry Drilling Svcs. Under supervision, you will assist office and field operations, develop design documentation, and generate reports using current software.

You'll build relationships with technical customers, understand their needs, and maintain well planning databases, while advising on equipment capabilities and handling post-job analyses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience including working at the well site.

Responsibilities

• Supports office and field operations related to well planning and BHA design and operation.
• Delivers HMS develop solutions requirements for designing the well plan and following anti-collision processes.
• Generates reports using current software applications.
• Understands principles of survey management and applies them to well planning.
• Develops and maintains relationships with technical customer base.
• Consults with customers to determine their needs.
