Driver Hire Bury St Edmunds & Ipswich is seeking a Van Driver (Welfare Servicing) in Bury St Edmunds for a permanent, full-time role. Salary is £29,000 per annum with an 8.5-hour guarantee per day and 28 days holiday prorated on PAYE.

The role involves servicing welfare units on site, with full training provided. Duties include filling and flushing units, restocking essentials, and supporting depot performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• No more than 6 effective penalty points.
• No DG, DD or IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites to service welfare units in a mini-tanker.
• Duties include emptying welfare units, flushing through with water, replenishing loo-roll and hand wash supplies.
• 7am start time typical; full training will be provided.
