Job summary

Path Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Maintenance Operative near Banbury to maintain welfare accommodation units and carry out plumbing and basic electrical tasks. You will prepare units for hire, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards, and work with an experienced supervisor on site.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £37k, with a £35k–£40k OTE bonus scheme, overtime, 24 days holiday, pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining welfare accommodation units.
• Basic plumbing and heating knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair welfare accommodation units to a high standard for client hire.
• Prepare units for hire ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with a supervisor and team on site-based tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and safety standards.
