Your Role

Pimlico Academy is looking for a Welfare lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the continued success of Pimlico Academy.

They will lead and manage the Academy's welfare and medical provision, ensuring that all students receive safe, effective, timely and professional support for their health, medical and wellbeing needs.

The Welfare Lead will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of welfare and medical services across the school. The postholder will act as the principal point of contact for all student medical needs, providing both strategic oversight and day-to-day clinical support, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory guidance, safeguarding requirements and best practice in school healthcare.
