Skilled Careers is seeking a reliable Welfare Labourer to join our construction team in the Brighton area. You will maintain site welfare facilities, assist with general labouring tasks, and help keep the site clean, safe and organised.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Immediate start offered on a busy project with competitive pay rates and ongoing work on a well-managed site.

Qualifications

• Previous welfare or site labouring experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Reliable and punctual with a willingness to take on site duties.
• Own transport beneficial due to location.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, offices, drying rooms).
• Ensuring welfare areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Restocking consumables (toilet rolls, soap, hand towels, etc.).
• Assisting site teams with general labouring tasks once welfare duties are complete.
• Supporting trades and helping keep the site clean, safe, and organised.
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times.

Join our construction team as a Welfare Labourer and play a vital role in maintaining essential site facilities in Brighton.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join our team on a busy construction site in the Brighton area.

Welfare Labourer Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, offices, drying rooms)


• Ensuring welfare areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene


• Restocking consumables (toilet rolls, soap, hand towels, etc.)


• Once welfare duties are completed, assisting site teams with general labouring tasks


• Supporting trades and helping keep the site clean, safe, and organised


• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times
