MadiganGill is recruiting a Welfare Labourer to join our specialist Trades & Labour team for a project based in Chelmsford. The role involves assisting trades on site, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe, tidy work area.

Key requirements include a valid CSCS card and full PPE on site, plus a strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication. Immediate start available with ongoing work for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• CSCS Card required.
• Full PPE on site: hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves and goggles.
• Strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Assisting trades on site as required
• General site duties including loading/unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE: hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves and goggles
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Additional Information:

• Immediate start available
• Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
• Ongoing work for the right candidate
