Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced Cleaner to work on a wastewater treatment project in the Woking area. This ongoing contract role requires a reliable, hardworking operative to maintain clean, tidy and hygienic site facilities and working areas.

Location is Woking, GU24 Area with a starting date around 26th October 2026 and a possibility of an earlier start. The role involves daily cleaning duties, welfare facilities upkeep and strict health and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally within a construction or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety and hygiene procedures.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable, punctual and available for ongoing work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain good standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across site facilities and designated working areas.
• Clean welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens and offices where required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow site cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards or concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced Cleaner to work on a wastewater treatment project in the Woking area.

Start Date: Monday 26th October 2026 (earlier start may be possible)

Your Role as a Cleaner

What We're Looking For

• Valid Thames Water Passport - desirable.

• Good understanding of health and safety and hygiene procedures.

• Reliable, punctual and available for ongoing work.

• Ability to work independently and maintain good standards.

• Right to work in the UK.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 per hour PAYE.

• Weekly pay.

• Ongoing contract.

• Potential for an earlier start, subject to resource requirements.
