Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Welfare Labourer for projects in the Hailsham area. The role involves supporting site clearance, moving materials and assisting trades, with duties including cleaning canteens, cabins and restrooms.

The ideal candidate will have Labouring experience, hold a CSCS Card, work well in a team, and be punctual and reliable on site. Immediate start available for a temporary full-time position.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position.
• You will be comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.
• You will be happy to work at the gate if asked.
• You will be conscious of health and safety on site and be aware of others working beside you.
• You will arrive on time and complete duties as directed by the site manager.

Responsibilities

• Role: Welfare Labourer


• Location: Hailsham


• Contract type: Temporary (Full time)

The role: As the site Labourer you will be responsible for assisting with site clearance, moving materials, cleaning various areas including finished houses for handover and assisting traders where needed. It will also require you to do the cleaning of the canteen, cabins and restrooms

About you:

• Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position. You will be comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.


• If asked you will be happy working on the gate.


• You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.


• You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
