In this Monday to Friday, days-based role, you will work with small groups of learners, teaching welding techniques with a focus on practical skills and industry standards.

The Role:

1. Full training provided
2. Working with small groups of learners
3. Teaching and mentoring individuals in welding techniques
4. Developing and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
5. Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards
6. Ensuring all relevant paperwork relating to training, assessments, and company business is completed on time and accurately

1. Come from a welding background
2. Candidates with experience in various welding techniques (MIG, MMA, TIG) are encouraged to apply
3. Interested in transitioning into a trainer role
4. Time-served, ideally with an engineering qualification
