Alternative Heat is seeking a QC Inspector for our fabrication sites at Scarva. You will conduct quality inspections, welding surveillance, and factory acceptance testing to ensure components meet drawings and specifications.

This role reports to the Quality Control Manager and requires meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate has welding inspection and quality control experience within M&E or manufacturing, with strong knowledge of fabrication processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in welding inspection and quality control.
• Understanding of fabrication processes in M&E or manufacturing.
• Ability to perform visual and NDT inspections.
• Experience with recording quality data on electronic systems.

Aufgaben

• Conduct quality inspections and welding surveillance to ensure components meet drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Perform factory acceptance testing and document results.
• Review welding procedures, materials and welder qualifications.
• Maintain full production traceability and electronic quality records.
• Present quality findings from previous similar projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
