Responsibilities

  • Workshop Support - Provide support to the workshop and welding supervisors as needed.
  • Health & Safety - Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • A good understanding of welding practices and principles.
  • General knowledge of engineering practices.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in welding essential.
  • Machine operation, or engineering experience preferred.
  • Background in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
Hours & Pay

Hours - 38.5 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-15:00. Pay £15-£17 per hour.
