Tutor in Welding Fabrication Salary Details: TS22-24 (£29,440 - £30,918 pro rata) BAR TS25-29 (£31,878 - £36,573 pro rata) This is an 8 point incremental scale with progression to each point on an annual basis with the opportunity to further progress on to an extended scale following the BAR. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College's starting salaries matrix.

Award in Education and Training (AET). If not currently held, you will be required to undertake and achieve the AET qualification during employment.
You will have extensive experience of working within a practical welding fabrication environment and will ideally have experience of passing on skills to colleagues or apprentices.
A training or development qualification would be highly desirable.
The role will involve demonstrating and assessing practical activities in all operations within the welding and fabrication workshops, to varying sized groups of learners, whilst ensuring adherence at all times to safe working practices.
