Job summary

Sama Talent Group is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will fabricate and weld steel components in alignment with engineering drawings and production targets.

The role requires MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on steel, interpretation of drawings, and a focus on safety and quality in a collaborative setting. A valid Welding/Fabrication certification and at least 2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven welding or fabrication experience.
• Must hold a valid Welding/Fabrication certification.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to developing innovative ideas and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on steel components, including re-bar.
• Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings.
• Refurbish cores and manufacture hanging brackets.
• Safely operate welding equipment, saws, sanders, and material handling machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative workplace environment.
