Job Purpose

Ensure welding operating tasks and activities are completed within the specified time frame, meeting performance, quality, and safety objectives OR supervise a team of welders.

Job Description
  • Operate welding tools following complex specifications.
  • Plan the sequence of welding operations.
  • Monitor and control welding activities.
  • Control and adjust the quality of outputs according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Mentor and teach junior welders.
  • Detect problems and alert relevant personnel.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety requirements and procedures.
  • Serve as a referent for complex welding activities.
You are meant for this job if:
  • You hold a Technical Bachelor Degree.
  • You have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
