Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Ledbury, Herefordshire, UK is seeking a Welder / Pipefitter for permanent, site-based work. You will perform MIG and TIG welding, pipefitting, and fabrication across engineering projects, reading drawings and ensuring workmanship meets specifications.

The role requires experience in welding and pipefitting, the ability to work both independently and within a team, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Welder / Pipefitter or in a similar engineering role.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Experience with pipefitting and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant welding / fabrication qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG and TIG welding on a range of engineering and fabrication projects.
• Undertake pipefitting and associated fabrication work.
• Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, fit and weld components and pipework to the required standards.
• Ensure completed work meets the required quality and specification.
• Work safely and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Work as part of an engineering team to complete projects to the required timescales.
