About the Company:

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding techniques to contribute to the production of high-precision machinery.
• Engage in fabrication and hard-surfacing processes to support the modification of components for specific engineering applications.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality in welding procedures.
• On occasion, undertake on-site work and visits to customer premises, ensuring the highest standards of welding and fabrication are met.
• Complete necessary Test Certificates and QA documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• GCSEs or NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
• Time-served apprenticeship in Welding and Fabrication.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding techniques.
• Experience with robotic welding systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to the highest quality standards.
• Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
