Welder fabricator / team leader, paying £17.50 per hour, based in Loughborough LE11.

Our client is looking for an experienced welder/fabricator to assist with the supervision of a team of welder fabricators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a small team of fabricators/welders
• Planning and scheduling work to meet project deadlines
• Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Carrying out welding and fabrication tasks as required (MIG)
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean workspace

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to weld and fabricate to a high standard
• Ability to weld up to 10mm
• Previous experience welding and fabricating bridges and gantries
• Previous experience supervising a small team
• More than 3 years of industry experience welding and fabricating mid to heavy gauge mild steel
• Ability to work on their own initiative
