AMS People Limited is seeking a Welder / Fabricator with stainless steel TIG welding experience to join a growing manufacturing business. You will develop welding skills further, potentially becoming coded, and work on stainless pipework, valves, and related products.

You will fabricate from engineering drawings, inspect your work, and follow health and safety standards in a medium-sized, friendly company that leads its field. Permanent, day shift, excellent working conditions.

Competenze

• Experience of TIG stainless steel welding in production or projects environments requiring high integrity.
• Willing to develop skills further and achieve codings as required.
• Reliable, consistent, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately following engineering drawings and instructions.

Mansioni

• Fabricate a range of high integrity stainless steel products and assemblies from engineering drawings using jigs and fixtures.
• Work in a production environment to coding standards and meet quality targets.
• Inspect finished work to ensure standards are met and maintain health and safety at all times.

Welder / fabrictaor with experience of Stainless Steel Day shift, permanent, excellent working conditions

THE ROLE:

A great permanent job opportunity for a welder / fabricator with some TIG stainless steel welding experience who wants to continue to develop your welding skills in a growing and successful manufacturing business.

You will need some experience of welding stainless steel, ideally working on pipework, valves etc. and associated products but product training will be given and you will need to become coded which can be carried out in house.

TASKS:

In this role you will work from engineering drawings and use jigs and fixtures to fabricate a range of high integrity stainless steel products and assemblies in a production environment working to engineering drawings and coding standards.

You will inspect your work to ensure all appropriate standards are met and work to company health and safety standards at all times as well as contributing to the production environment in other ways when required.

SKILLS NEEDED:

To apply for this role you should:

• Have experience of TIG stainless steel welding ideally in a production or projects environment requiring a high level of integrity.
• Be keen to develop your skills further and achieve codings as required.
• Be reliable, consistent and self-motivated, keen to work as part of a team.
• Work with efficiency and accuracy following engineering drawings and work instructions.
