Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent's Southampton Bodyshop is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join a family-owned, globally respected team. Produce high-quality welded structures from CAD drawings and contribute to mobility projects across the UK.

You will work Mon-Fri with overtime paid at 1.25x, enjoy 25 days leave, pension, and other benefits as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Qualified to BS4872 or equivalent welding standard.
• Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welded structures from CAD drawings.
• Deliver precision work using provided tools and facilities.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area, following health & safety protocols.
• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are compliant and secure.
• Work professionally on-site and while driving, representing the brand with courtesy.
