Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is seeking a skilled Panel Beater at the Southampton (Mill Lane) Bodyshop to carry out high-quality repairs on our commercial fleet. You will work Monday to Friday in a on-site setting, with a focus on precision, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• A recognised vehicle body repair qualification and at least three years’ post-apprenticeship experience.
• A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
• Passion for personal growth and learning new skills, including training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs to Enterprise standards and maintain fleet appearance.
• Carry out repairs using Thatcham methods and follow risk assessments, SSOW, and COSHH procedures.
• Stay up to date with training to meet BSI standards to support growth.
• Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use your expertise to carry out panel repairs that meet or exceed Enterprise Flex-E-Rent’s standards. Your craftsmanship keeps our fleet looking its best!
• Carry out repairs in line with Thatcham methods and comply with all relevant risk assessments, SSOW, COSHH, and manual handling procedures.
• Stay up to date with training to meet BSI standards - we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
• Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time - your attention to detail helps keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised vehicle body repair qualification and at least three years’ post-apprenticeship experience
• A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
• Show a passion for personal growth and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new skills, including taking part in both in-house and external training opportunities
