Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for an established engineering manufacturer specialising in agricultural machinery in the United Kingdom. This 12-week temp-to-perm role offers £15.80 per hour and benefits, with responsibilities to meet daily targets and produce high-quality welds.

You should have MIG welding experience, own safety boots, a full driving licence and transport, and contribute to the assembly of precision machinery shipped worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as MIG welder or fabricator in heavy fabrication environments.
• Ability to produce high-quality welds on materials from 1.5mm to 20mm thick.
• Experience contributing to assembly of precision-engineered machinery.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.
• Produce high-quality, accurate and consistent welds on materials ranging from 1.5mm to 20mm thick.
• Ensure all welds and fabricated assemblies are completed to a consistently high quality standard.
• Contribute to the assembly of precision-engineered machinery supplied to customers worldwide.

An opportunity has arisen for a Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established engineering manufacturer specialising in the design and production of high-quality agricultural machinery.

This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role offering a salary of £15.80 per hour and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.
• Produce high-quality, accurate and consistent welds on materials ranging from 1.5mm to 20mm thick.
• Ensure all welds and fabricated assemblies are completed to a consistently high quality standard.
• Contribute to the assembly of precision-engineered machinery supplied to customers worldwide.

Requirements

• Previously worked as a MIG welder, Welder, Fabricator, Welder Fabricator, Fabricator Welder, Welding Technician or in a similar role.
• Prior MIG welding experience.
• Experience welding heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, plant machinery, or similar heavy fabrication environments.
• Possess your own safety boots.
• Full driving licence and own transport.
