Vacancy: Welder Fabricator / Skilled Plater (MIG)
Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire (with UK-wide travel for site installations)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hourly Rate: £17.79
Annual Earnings: Up to £51,000+ per annum (including overtime and additional works)
Working Hours: 10-hour shifts First 40 hours paid at standard rate Overtime/Double time available

Key Responsibilities
• MIG welding and fabrication of structural steelwork components
• Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Fitting and assembly of structural elements in the workshop and on-site
• Participation in UK-wide site installations
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication
• Proficiency in structural plating and fitting
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings
• Willingness to travel and work away when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to high standards of workmanship

Salary and Benefits
