Join Henderson Products Inc., located at 916 S. 10th Street, Manchester, IA! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control and "Keeping America’s Roads Safe!"

Day Shift Hours! Monday – Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As an Installation Technician in our heavy bay, you will be responsible for MIG welding, fabrication, and some assembly work in the upfit and installation of equipment on heavy-duty work truck builds.

The role also involves diagnostic and repair work. You will need to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, have experience in MIG welding, and ensure accurate installations and repairs. Knowledge of wiring, electrical systems, and hydraulics is a plus.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Hand dexterity and familiarity with hand tools
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes
• Technical degree or certifications (e.g., welding, electrical, hydraulics) are helpful but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, and standing throughout shifts
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding smoke at times
