Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting on behalf of several established engineering firms across the Sheffield and Chesterfield area. As a Welder / Fabricator / Fitter, you will contribute to the manufacture of bespoke components and deliver high-quality, specialist projects.

Role includes days-only shifts with an option of a 4-day week, salary £35k–£45k plus overtime, and a full-time permanent contract. You will weld, fabricate, read drawings and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication across materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality welding and fabrication across a range of materials
• Safely operate hand and power tools for fabrication tasks
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricate and assemble components to ensure precision and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health & safety guidelines
