Job description

Fabricator/Welder - Workshop & Site-Based Projects
Location: South Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift Pattern: Days
Pay Rate: £15 - £18 per hour (depending on experience) + Paid Overtime (1.5x after 40 hrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welding: Carry out MIG/TIG welding on mild and stainless steel components
2. Fabrication: Use hand tools and workshop machinery to fabricate parts from drawings
3. Drawings: Read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings accurately
4. Site Work: Be available for occasional on-site fabrication or installation as required

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: Proven experience in MIG/TIG welding within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
2. Technical Reading: Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
3. Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential
4. Location: Must be able to commute to a South Yorkshire-based workshop
