About the Role

You'll join a tight-knit team producing bespoke fabricated parts for a range of engineering sectors. It's varied, hands-on work and you'll be involved in:

• MIG welding mild steel to a high standard from technical drawings.
• Fabrication work using onsite machinery - grinders, plasma cutters, mag drills, etc. (training provided where needed).
• Working from engineering drawings, with a strong focus on detail and quality.
• Occasionally helping with other tasks in the workshop when required.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' MIG welding experience (TIG would be a bonus but not essential).
• Comfortable reading and working from fabrication drawings.
• Hands-on experience in a fabrication environment - using tools, machinery, and working to tight tolerances.
• Good attention to detail and a pride in producing clean, accurate work.
• A full UK driving licence and own transport (rural location).

Hours & Pay

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday: 8am - 3:15pm

Overtime available from 6am and on Saturday mornings - all paid at time and a half.

£15.50 - £17 per hour depending on experience
