Job description

Job role: Welding Fabricator
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Location: Northamptonshire, your own vehicle will be needed
Hours: 8:00am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role

• MIG weld and fabricate heavy structural steel as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce small and large welds where required.
• Use an array of fabrication equipment to fabricate mild and stainless steel efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in other production related tasks where required, this may be machining or quality work.
• Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

The Requirements

• Previous experience within fabrication - 5 years experience (essential)
• Proven ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings in order to weld and fabricate heavy structural steel effectively (essential)
• Strong TIG welding capabilities (advantageous)
• CSCS card (Advantageous)
• High attention to detail
