Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder for a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the Alness area.

The role focuses on fabrication from engineering drawings and MIG/TIG welding in a busy workshop, delivering high-quality components to deadlines. You will work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, with potential overtime and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fabricator / Welder.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good understanding of health & safety within a workshop environment.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications.
• Experience using workshop machinery (press brake, guillotine, etc.).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Competitive hourly rate up to £18.50
• Overtime opportunities available.
