Position Summary:
Fabrication and Welding repairs for Rolling Stock. Working for a leading Rolling Stock Engineering Business with work that includes refurbishment, maintenance, overhaul, and repair services to the UK rail and light rail sector.

Candidates will have / be:

- Experience with stainless steel and mild steel, welding on a variety of materials from 2mm to 25mm, including corrosion work.
- Experience in the use of hand tools, buffing and grinding panels in preparation for welding
- Experience in MIG and TIG Welding
- Experience in visual Welding inspection
- Ideally come from an engineering / commercial environment with experience in Rail Industry
- Time served with the relevant qualifications from accredited bodies.
