You will weld and fabricate using TIG on thin-wall stainless steel and aluminium, reading drawings and maintaining tight tolerances in a 4-day week schedule.

Welder / Fabricator

£16.5ph - £17.5ph + 4 Day Working Week + Overtime + Training + Benefits

Aylesbury (Commutable from: Oxford, Bicester, Thame, Buckingham, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas)

Are you a Welder / Fabricator with TIG welding experience looking to join a leading manufacturer offering a 4-day working week, excellent working conditions and great earning potential through overtime and training?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you will work on high-precision components supplied to some of the world's most prestigious clients.

This well-established company specialises in precision engineering and fabrication for the Motorsport industry. Due to continued growth and new contracts, they are looking to expand their skilled workshop team.

In this workshop-based role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating bespoke components, predominantly working with thin-wall stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring high-quality finishes and tight tolerances. This is Monday - Thursday (7am - 5.30pm).

This role would suit a Welder / Fabricator with TIG welding experience looking for a stable, long-term position offering a 4-day working week and the opportunity to work within a well-funded industry.

The Role:

• TIG welding and fabrication of precision components.
• Working with stainless steel and aluminium.
• Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances.
• 4-day working week (7:00am - 5:30pm).

The Candidate:

Welder / Fabricator / TIG Welder.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Commutable to Aylesbury.
