Day Shift - 5 am to 3:00 pm, 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a welder of truck-mounted equipment, you will be responsible for consistently producing high-quality weldments using provided blueprints or documentation to meet daily schedules and customer demand. Welders are responsible for set-up, operation, adjustment, and regulation of welding machines. Weld with or without fixtures. Use various tools to cut, grind, bevel, fit metals, and remove slag. Perform maintenance, ensure quality, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, and maintain safety standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Ability to weld parts using GMAW MIG
• Ability to read blueprints, basic shop math, and tape measure
• Ability to operate overhead hoist
• Minimum of 6 months experience and/or associate degree or certification
• Adherence to safety and housekeeping standards

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, standing
• Exposure to noise and welding/grinding fumes
