Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to support aerospace and defense manufacturing projects. This role involves working with advanced materials and high-precision processes in a safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong TIG welding expertise, a commitment to quality, and the ability to meet stringent aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform precision TIG welding (MIG and additional processes a plus) on aerospace-grade materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure all welds meet AWS and aerospace quality standards.
  • Maintain required aerospace welding certifications.
  • Deliver work with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of welding experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
  • Strong proficiency in TIG welding; additional welding processes (MIG, etc.).
