Are you a Welder looking for a permanent Monday to Thursday role where you will have every Friday off, alongside direct progression into Team Leadership involving quick salary increases? This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering a genuine four-day working week, stable long-term employment and the chance to quickly take on more responsibility as they are looking for a Team Leader. You will be carrying out welding and fabrication within a busy manufacturing environment, working from engineering drawings and producing components to the required quality standards. This role would suit an experienced Welder or Welder / Fabricator looking for a permanent days-based position with an excellent working pattern and genuine progression.
