Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Welder in a permanent role in Hixon, Staffordshire, with a 4 day week and every Friday off. The package offers £32,000 - £38,000, overtime opportunities, and clear progression into a Team Leader position as skills and responsibilities grow.

You will weld and fabricate to drawings in a busy manufacturing environment, using MIG and/or TIG processes. A reliable attitude and ability to advance into leadership will be valued.

Qualifications

• MIG and TIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in fabrication within a manufacturing setting.
• Reliable attitude with potential for progression into leadership.
