Job description

Position Summary: The Welder fabricates and assembles metal products by welding and measuring tools.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welding metal products according to customer or employer specifications, using MIG and spot welding techniques.
2. Fabricating metal components with welding machines.
3. Monitoring shelf stock to determine priority and assist with inventory accuracy.
4. Operating forklift and performing product check-ins, including breaking down skids, marking pans, and proper storage.
5. Maintaining PPE gear in safe working condition.
6. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
7. Reviewing returned pans to assess usability.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Safety is paramount: welders must understand and implement safety measures by wearing appropriate goggles, helmets, and gloves.
