Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wirral is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join our manufacturing client in Bromborough. The role requires MIG and TIG welding on heavy steel structures and reading engineering drawings.

You will perform welding and fabrication duties, quality checks, and assist in the machine shop, with some cutting, drilling, grinding and general labouring. On-site health and safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have MIG and TIG welding experience on heavy steel structures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Quality checks on finished product.
• Support in the machine shop where necessary.
• Grinding and polishing.
• General labouring around the factory.
• Adhering to all health and safety while on site.
• The successful welder must: Be experienced welding on structural steel; Be comfortable working on their own.
