Welder | Poole | £17.50 (depending on experience)

Purpose

As a Welder, you’ll be an essential member of our production team, responsible for welding and fabricating components that will likely end up in the defence, marine, or aerospace sector.

Background

This well-established and profitable fabrication company is renowned for the quality of the products they supply. The products range from steel base frames, complex components, and structures, manufactured to meet the requirements of highly regulated industries. The site is based in Poole, supported by great public transport links, and they offer ample parking if you’ve got your own transport.

Your responsibilities as a Welder include:

• Performing MIG welding on rotating table / jig
• Working with stainless steel

• Handling thicknesses that vary, with a normal of 1.2mm
• TIG experience would be a ‘nice to have’
