Job summary

Interaction Engineering in Northampton is seeking experienced MIG and TIG welders for a range of engineering and fabrication roles. Temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities are available across Northampton and surrounding areas, with day and night shifts on offer.

Ideal candidates will weld to a high standard, read drawings accurately and uphold workshop safety. Relevant welding qualifications are advantageous for select positions.

We are currently looking to speak with experienced MIG and TIG Welders for a range of engineering, fabrication and manufacturing opportunities across Northampton and the surrounding areas.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced MIG and/or TIG Welders
• Ability to weld to a good quality standard
• Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and/or aluminium is advantageous
• Ability to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
• Good understanding of welding procedures and workshop safety
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
• Relevant welding qualifications/coding are an advantage for certain roles
